Elf ------ love nature (19.5cm)

I'm so delighted that my bear (Elf ----- love nature) is one of the finalists for the People's Choice Awards at the Sydney Teddy Bear Fair 2010 (Category 4 : Dressed/Character or Fantasy Bears).

Elf lives in a forest full of apple trees and likes to play with ladybugs. He enjoys sitting under the trees and day dreaming. That's why I made drowsy eyes and a wobbling head for him : )

For clothing, a layer of linen is added upon felt to create a primitive look, in addition to a leather string with beads tied around his waist.

If you like him, please give him a vote at :

Angel bears

Finally, my first custom-made angel bear : Florrie arrived her sweet home in UK : )
Florrie was made in memory of Sandra's mum and will be a heirloom to cherish

This gentle & loving angel is made from alpaca. She is 18cm tall in sitting position.

With wings and beautiful ribbon & lace neck decoration.

With her name embroidered on foot pad.

The original design was dedicated to the memory of my mother.

She is 18cm tall in sitting position and is made from mohair.

It brings me warmth when looking at her.

A New Beginning

SUCCESS bear : made specially for my hubby. It looks really like him with glasses : )

White collar + necktie + briefcase + TIME magazine (printed by hubby) = a smart looking bear who is very successful (appeared as the cover bear on TIME) !!!

I like this bear TIME magazine very much and asked my hubby to print two copies so that I can keep one for myself, haha ......

Waving for a taxi ...... have to chair a very important meeting !

TIME magazine's cover photo shows self-confidence, and I wish my husband's business thrives in 2010.

Before dressing up (25.5cm tall).

Looks chunky when compared with another bear I made before Christmas.

This slim bear is made of tipped mohair (38cm tall).

After dressing up, it becomes a Christmas Party Girl, a contest bear for Hong Kong Teddy Bear Awards 2009.

A breezy bear dressed in a one-piece pantskirt with lace drape on shoulder and a festive hat will be everybody's darling at Christmas parties.
